🚀 Getting Started

Installation

  1. Install ChatLogr from Chrome Web Store
  2. Navigate to ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini
  3. Click the ChatLogr extension icon in your toolbar
  4. Select your desired export format (JSON, Markdown, or PDF)

Navigate to a chat page (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), open the ChatLogr extension, and click the export button for your desired format.

Is my data private?

Yes! All conversation data is stored locally on your device. We never send your conversations to external servers.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Click the "Upgrade to Premium" button in the extension popup, then follow the checkout process.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

What is Google Drive sync?

Premium feature that saves your exported conversations directly to your Google Drive, keeping them safe in the cloud.

Does ChatLogr work on all AI platforms?

🔧 Troubleshooting

Extension not working?

  1. Reload the extension from chrome://extensions/
  2. Make sure you're on a supported platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  3. Refresh the chat page
  4. Try clicking the extension icon again

PDF export not working?

  1. Make sure you're on a conversation page with content
  2. Check that the page has fully loaded
  3. Try exporting to JSON or Markdown first

Premium features not showing?

  1. Make sure payment completed successfully
  2. Reload the extension
  3. Check subscription status in admin panel
